I wanted to let you know that I have had such fantastic experiences with two representatives from your company. Deb Jackson and a lady by the name of Julie. They have both demonstrated at parties for me and also for friends and family and each time they have blown me away with their professionalism, customer service and follow up. So informative, such a large sample range to show at demonstrations, always prompt, always friendly and doing all they can to assist guests and hosts. I was particularly impressed that after a family emergency my mother was travelling interstate before we had received our party delivery so Deb arranged, at no cost to my mother, to courier my mothers' goods directly to her home address rather than delivering with all the orders to the host. This was so unexpected and so thoughtful and above and beyond. We are all so happy with our product. It is fantastic to be given such informative detail on the best way to care for our linen so we may get the best life out of it. It has been an absolute pleasure to attend each of these demonstrations. They are both a credit to this organisation and have meant that I no longer shop in stores for my linen and Napery. I will keep coming back to Loads of Linen for the range and the service. Please pass on our compliments to both ladies as we are all so happy to have had them in our homes and given them our custom.
